This policy explains what Nouriva Botanicals Private Limited ("Nouriva", "we") collects when you use this store and how we use it.

What we collect

Your name, email address, mobile number (optional), delivery addresses, order history and any reviews you post. We do not ask for a password: you sign in with a one-time code sent to your email.

Payments

Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. Your card, UPI and bank details are entered on Cashfree's secure page and never reach us. We receive only the payment status, method and reference number.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We share it only with the providers who run the store for us: Cashfree (payments), MSG91 (sign-in and order emails), Cloudinary (image hosting), Google Cloud and Firebase (hosting and database) and our courier partners (your delivery address and phone).

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to protect forms from forgery. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your cart and wishlist are saved in your browser.

How long we keep it

Account details are kept while your account is active. Order and payment records are kept as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires, even if you delete your account.

Your choices

You can update your name, phone and addresses from your account at any time. To delete your account, write to support@nouriva.in from your registered email.
